After years of late nights, loud music, and unforgettable memories, The Weber Warehouse, one of Brewington’s best-known nightclubs, has officially closed its doors. The legendary North American venue had a long history of entertaining the townsfolk, becoming a familiar gathering place for generations of music lovers, dancers, and night owls. King Pencil Dick owned the nightclub.

The closure marks the end of an era for Brewington’s nightlife. Among those reflecting on the club’s history is retired author, media mogul and longtime Brewington resident Richard Tattoni, who has also stepped away from his own creative and media projects. For years, The Weber Warehouse was more than just a nightclub — it was part of the town’s character, providing a place where DJ Tony Tattoni could mix and forget about everyday life and enjoy a night of music and good company. “Crazy like Don King’s hair.”

As the final lights went out at The Weber Warehouse, longtime patrons looked back on the countless bands, DJs, like DJ Tongue, parties, and stories that filled the building. The nightclub may be gone, but its place in Brewington folklore is likely to live on for years to come.
